- had my first show of 2009
- completed and presented my thesis on community-building in the indie craft movement
- bought a house
- put together a stellar fundraising event (with tons of help from my co-workers!)
- graduated with my Master's degree
- lost a loved one (my grandfather)
Some of the best and worst moments of my life all blurred together this spring, so crafting and maintaining my Etsy shop have been pushed to the back-burner as I alternately celebrate and grieve. It's hard to say when I'll get back in the swing of things, but I do plan to return. Just be patient with me, OK? Thanks!

wow. sounds like it's been a rollercoaster for sure. congrats on the big stuff (house and thesis/graduation).

Thanks, Emily! It's getting better - the good is outweighing the bad as things begin to settle down. But the next few weeks will be tough, with my grandfather's birthday and my grandparents' anniversary coming up.
